At Bureti Bible College [BGTC], a ministry of Hand of God Ministries [HGM], we welcome individuals who feel called to ministry and are committed to Christian values. Our admission process is designed to identify those whom God has called to serve in various ministry capacities.

Participate in admissions interview and await decision from the academic board

Complete application form for all prospective students. Includes personal details, education history, program selection, and referee information.

Expression of interest form with program selection, education level, and personal profile. Used for initial inquiry.
Admission Requirements Checklist
Complete list of required documents including certificates, transcripts, recommendation letters, and fee payment plans.

Admission Requirements
Complete list of required documents from our application forms
Academic Documents Required:
- Form Four KCSE Certificate (Original copy and photocopy)
- Form Four Leaving Certificate (Original copy and photocopy)
- Certificate from latest attended learning institution
- Transcript from latest attended learning institution
- Any other certificates or awards showing participation in previous institutions
Personal & Spiritual Documents:
- Recommendation letter from sending Church/Organization/Institution (on official letterhead with stamp)
- Personal Testimony (One page) including:
- Personal salvation experience
- Call to ministry narrative (how it became clear)
- Family status (marital, immediate family)
- Place of origin
- Church Membership Certificate / Baptism Certificate
- Passport size photos (Hard copy and soft copy)
Additional Requirements:
- Completed college admission form (to be filled)
- Two spring files for document organization
- Fee payment plan documentation:
- Self-sponsorship plan
- External sponsorship letter (if applicable) from:
- Church
- Organization/Company
- Missionary organization
- All documents must be submitted in both original and photocopy formats
- Recommendation letters must be on official letterhead with organization stamp
- Personal testimony should be one page, typed or neatly handwritten
- Passport photos should be recent (taken within the last 6 months)
- Transfer students must provide certificate and transcript from previous college

Program Delivery: All programs are offered on monthly, semester, or school-based systems throughout the academic year in all our campuses across Kenya and Africa.
Application Types
Select the appropriate application category as per our form
Freshman Application
For students joining college for the first time directly from high school or after a break in studies. Complete all sections of the application form.
Transfer Application
For students transferring from other colleges or universities with previous college credits. Must provide additional documentation as outlined in the form.
Please provide additional documents:
- Name of college last attended
- Course taken at previous institution
- Academic year last attended
- Copy of certificate or any other award showing participation in the last college attended
Referee & Recommendation
As Required in Section V of Application Form
Recommendation from a Referee:
Your application must include a recommendation letter from a referee with:
- Referee's full name and position
- Postal address and code
- Phone number and email contact
- Recommendation letter on official letterhead with legitimate organization's stamp
- Can be from organizations or personal referees
Please provide two emergency contact persons with:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Relationship to applicant
